Nutrixo Maison Héritage

In 2009, Délifrance launched a new brand on the stone-baked rustic bread market; Le Pain Héritage, which brings together all NutriXo’s know-how:
- Its Milling expertise: with the choice of selected French wheat varieties from the Champagne Lorraine region, grown in accordance with the recognised Arvalis Irtac farming standards, Délifrance combines high-quality raw materials and environmentally friendly techniques.
- Its bakery expertise: our fermentation and bakery experts have developed four exclusive recipes inspired by French baking tradition and adapted to make a wide range of products: one "poolish-style" recipe, one sourdough recipe, one multicereal recipe, and one multiseed recipe.
- Its industrial expertise: with the production of the Le Pain Héritage range on a brand new line in our factory in Dunkirk. Entirely dedicated to new products, this very modern site combines industrial efficiency and production methods that are inspired by artisan baking techniques. Viennoiserie products have since been added to the range, which has changed its name to Maison Héritage. 
Perpetuating the traditions of quality and artisan know-how that are dear to Maison Héritage, this new viennoiserie range made up of pains au chocolat, croissants, and pains aux raisins boasts:
- the best French ingredients: French wheat flour, Brittany butter, and Label Rouge eggs,
- a sourdough that reveals flavours and releases unique aromatic notes, with recipes that are free from artificial colours and flavours, and with no hydrogenated fats,
- mixed slowly and shaped gently; techniques inspired by French baking know-how.
